armaments and make all military preparations, ever ready and eager to seize that opportunity to accomplish our

national revolution. We must not lose the opportunity

which will come within the time I have indicated. Do not

entertain the notion that any time will be opportune for

the expulsion of Imperialism. Far from it we must take

the opportunity which will be afforded us within the

coming 3 years. We revolutionists must struggle

strenuously before we can succeed. If we only long for

the overthrow of Imperialism, and do not make a vigorous movement to..ard that end, no matter how many opportunities

may be given us, they will be of no use, and our revolut-

ion will never be successful in thousands of years. Our

opportunity is coming very soon, and we are not far from

success. We have 1,000 days more, in which to accomplish

our revolution. But 1,000 days will soon pass, and

therefore I must appeal to all of you to exert yourselves

within that limited time to fulfil our revolutionary task

and to accomplish the mission entrusted to us by our

President, so that we may have no reason to be ashamed of

our apostleship for him. This is the first thing I have

to impress on you.

There is another thing. In what way should we exert

ourselves? In what way should we put our backs into it?

It is not a difficult question to answer.

You have only

to see if you have fulfilled your duty and accomplished

your share of work. Take a man in the Staff for instance. Supposing he fails to attend office during office hours

and does not do his work as it comes in but leaves it

over, he will be negligent in his work. Again take a man

in the Aide-de-Camp Department as example. If he is

slack with his work and only works when under supervision;
